Documentation Coordinator
Work closely with suppliers, warehouses, loaders, carriers and other team members to coordinate shipment of documents related to the purchasing and transport of goods. Document accuracy is vital; this role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation and timely delivery of necessary documents.
Logistics Coordinator
Organize timely delivery of products and documents from third parties to customers overseas. Provide efficient, excellent customer service to all business partners, both internally and externally.
Sales Assistant
This role focuses primarily on assisting the sales department, largely by executing the administrative functions (data entry, order preparation and confirmation) as well as follow up with customers to resolve issues. The sales assistant will also work with logistics and accounting to ensure the customers’ orders and accounts are in good standing. Learning the products, markets and internal processes will be necessary.
